Who are the Cyclopaths, Anyway?

We are a loosely structured group (no officers, no meetings, no dues) of intermediate to advanced road cyclists who ride for pure enjoyment. The group was founded in 1989 based on the shared belief that no rider should be left behind. We have a no-drop policy, which means that we look out for each other and make sure everyone is accounted for during our rides.

Our club rides range from 25 to 50 miles. Typically, we will split up into groups of cyclists who maintain a similar pace. We welcome riders of all skill levels, but we do suggest that you come physcially prepared to go the distance at a pace of at least 12 mph for the most enjoyable riding experience.

Some places we ride from are Walburg, Liberty Hill, Andice, Florence, Hutto, Salado, and Sun City. We also do charity rides like the Red Poppy Ride, the Armadillo Hill Country Classic, and the Rosedale Ride. Along with the Georgetown SERTOMA Club and the Sun City Texas Cyclists, we are a co-sponsor of the annual Red Poppy Ride, which is held in April.

Please see our club policy and guidelines.
